I spent several months at the Ranch during the normal cattle ranching activity and you would find it very interesting. The Ranch has a lot of history as well as the people who are involved are all characters in their own right.
When you need a real wild west and remote feel or if you want privacy to do stunts with cars and explosives or fire this place is ideal. The location has been used for many projects including Texas Walker Ranger and The Walking Dead. Some of the sets are still operational and there is a full studio and office with a parking area for all the big trucks, booms and caterers with their food trucks to keep several hundred professionals comfortable while filming goes on.
Located about 15 miles from Austin, Texas it is still close enough to all the amenities we need when we film. This Location is a Premium and has many features that provide an authentic period feel if needed such as antique wrecks and old barns and homes weathered in a natural and authentic way.
